USER AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties

A User Agreement (referred to as "Agreement") has been concluded between the parties whose names/titles and information are written below under the following conditions.

This User Agreement has been concluded between Solid ICT Software Consulting and Information Technology Trade Joint Stock Company (referred to as "Company") and the person who will use the service by accessing via the internet ("User").

In this Agreement, the Company and the User shall be referred to separately as "Party" and together as "Parties".

General Definitions

Company: Refers to Solid ICT Software Consulting and Information Technology Trade Joint Stock Company, which offers the VVB Self Service on the website it operates and owns all intellectual property rights within the scope of this Agreement.

User: Defines the person registered as a user by accepting the service offered by the Company through the website within the scope of this Agreement.

Site: Defines the website with the domain name virtualvoicebridge.com.

Virtual Voice Bridge (VVB Self Service): An AI-powered call center software product that is the subject of this agreement and all rights belong to the Company, which can work on mobile applications, websites, and digital environments, and allows users to make automatic voice calls for invitation purposes by adding their own guest lists.

Service: Refers to all services offered to users with the VVB Self Service product.

Content: Refers to and covers all types of content including but not limited to data, images, text, styles, patterns, documents, digital assets created, uploaded or otherwise used by Users or their authorized persons in connection with or related to VVB Self Service and Services.

Article 2 – Subject and Scope

The subject of this Agreement covers the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the use of the software product owned by the Company on the website, all intellectual property rights of which belong to the Company.

Article 3 - Usage and Membership Conditions

3.1. As a rule, the authority to transact on the virtualvoicebridge.com website belongs only to users who approve the legally binding User Agreement.

3.2. To become a User, one must be of legal age and provide the identity information requested by VVB Self Service completely. Minors cannot benefit from the services.

3.3. Registration to VVB Self Service is only possible through the virtualvoicebridge.com website.

3.4. To register for VVB Self Service, click the "Register" button, enter your name, surname, email address, phone number and a password of your choice, accept the "User Agreement" and click the "Register" button to complete your registration.

Article 4 - Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. In order to acquire User status to benefit from VVB Self Service, the information requested by the Company must be provided by the User completely, up-to-date and accurately, and this Agreement must be approved by the User.

4.2. The User cannot use the service in a way that violates the rights of third parties, is contrary to law or public morality.

4.3. The User accepts and declares that there is no legal obstacle to conclude this Agreement.

4.4. Users accept, declare and undertake that they add the numbers they add to the system only for the benefit of the service, for the purpose of event invitation and with permission, and that they are solely responsible for all complaints, lawsuits and disputes and all damages, losses and compensation claims arising from them.

4.5. A single User account is opened for each User by the Company.

4.6. Access to the service is possible by entering the username and password on the site.

4.7. The Company is not responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of username and password.

4.8. The User accepts and declares that they will use the service for purposes appropriate to the purpose for which the service was created and in accordance with the law.

Article 5 - Fees and Payment

Service fees and payment conditions are specified on the Site.

Article 6 - Protection of Personal Data

6.1. Information belonging to the User that can be defined as personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 may be processed to provide services, improve services, and resolve system issues.

6.2. Necessary measures have been taken by the Company for the security of information entered by the User.

6.3. All intellectual-industrial rights and property rights regarding all information and content belonging to the Website and their arrangement belong to Solid ICT.

Article 7 - Limitation of Liability

7.1. The service provided with VVB Self Service cannot be considered as consulting in any matter requiring legal, financial or licensing.

7.2. The Company does not guarantee that service use will be uninterrupted and error-free.

7.3. The User is solely responsible for the use of the site and service.

Article 8 - Effectiveness and Termination of the Agreement

8.1. This Agreement will enter into force upon acceptance of the agreement by the User electronically.

8.2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice one (1) week in advance.

Article 9 - Confidentiality

9.1. Confidential Information is subject to non-disclosure and will not be disclosed to third parties without the written permission of the Parties.

9.2. Even if the Agreement terminates, the confidentiality obligation of the Parties will continue indefinitely.

Article 10 - Authorized Court

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes between the Parties.
