Within the scope of this service, your personal data is processed by Solid-ICT Software Consulting and Information Technology Trade Joint Stock Company ("Company") as the data controller.
Personal data required to provide the service to the user is as follows, and this data is obtained entirely through automatic methods on the VVB Self Service platform:
• User's name, surname, and identity information
• User's contact information (phone number, e-mail)
• Call contents, analyses, and call records
• Communication logs
• Information and requests arising during conversations with customer representatives
• Information obtained within the scope of the service used by users (event, organization, birthday, venue, date, etc.)
• Transactions made by the user on the VVB Self Service platform
• Information about invitees/persons to be called submitted by users (name-surname, contact information, event organization information, attending/not attending/undecided LCV responses)
Attention: The User is solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining personal data of invitees and/or other real persons to be called through the VVB Self Service platform in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and transmitting it to the Company.
The User is obliged to inform the persons concerned regarding the personal data of third parties to be shared with the Company, to obtain their explicit consent when necessary, and to ensure the legality of this data transfer.
Collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:
• Technical operation of the VVB Self Service platform
• Provision of the service offered through the VVB Self Service platform
• Operation of the automatic calling system
• Providing natural communication and assistant functions with AI-supported customer representatives, conducting conversations
• Creating call analytics and performance reports
• Reporting invitee responses to the user benefiting from the service
• Improving call and service quality
• Monitoring and improving system performance
• Detection of errors, complaints, etc., security and prevention of misuse
• Resolution of system issues
• Management and maintenance of user memberships
Personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK:
• Performance of the contract between the User and the Company
• Legitimate interests such as effective execution, development, and security of the service
• Fulfillment of our legal obligations including those arising from applicable laws
• Protection, exercise, and establishment of our rights
• Explicit consent
The Company uses secure hosting cloud service providers with server locations abroad for service delivery, and personal data may be processed in the international technical infrastructure of LLM and similar limited third-party solutions used in the VVB Self Service platform.
Your personal data may be transmitted upon requests of authorized public authorities in cases of legal obligation.
Personal data is not shared with third parties or used for other purposes beyond this.
Data subjects can exercise the following rights under KVKK:
• Learning whether personal data is processed
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed
• Learning the purpose of personal data processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction of personal data if incomplete or incorrectly processed
• Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
• Requesting notification of correction and deletion operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person through analysis of processed data exclusively by automatic systems
• Requesting compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
